1 Year Sora Assurance+ Limited Warranty

Sora Sofa provides a 1-Year Sora Assurance+ Limited Warranty on our products, applicable to the original purchaser at the original delivery address. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

Coverage includes defects in the AirCell™ inflatable support system, zip-in comfort stack, integrated back pillows, and removable fabric slipcovers that affect the product’s performance, structure, or intended appearance. The AirCell™ support system is additionally covered against functional defects for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from improper setup, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

For the purposes of this warranty, a manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw that causes the product to function improperly, become structurally unstable, or experience significant unintended changes in appearance.

At our discretion, we will repair or replace any defective component or, if necessary, the entire product. If you experience an issue covered under this warranty, please contact our support team so we can assist you. Photographs and supporting documentation may be required to evaluate the condition of the product.

PRODUCT & MATERIAL SPECIFIC DETAILS, EXCLUSIONS, & CONDITIONS: 

AirCell, AirHub & The Sense Remote:  When modifying the settings of your product please take care to follow Sora Sofa’s instruction manuals. Modifications made by the customer, use of chemical treatments or cleaning techniques that improperly damage the AirCell invalidates the Sora Sofa Limited Warranty.

Slipcover & Back Pillow Covers: The removable slipcover & back pillow covers are warranted against becoming unusable due to material or construction defects that result in abnormal loss of strength or durability under normal residential use.

The Sora Sofa Limited Warranty excludes any damage to covers that is determined to result from improper use, cleaning methods, care, or maintenance, including failure to follow provided care instructions.

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to pilling, minor fading, shrinkage, snags, stains, or tears.

Our fabrics are machine washable. It must be Machine Wash - Cold. Use Cold Water and a mild detergent on a low/gentle cycle. Hang dry all the covers. Please note that every machine wash adds wear to the fabric so it’s recommended to opt for spot cleaning prior to machine washing whenever possible. To prevent overall soiling, frequent vacuuming to remove dust and grime is recommended. The Sora Sofa Limited Warranty excludes any damage to cushion and pillow covers that we deem caused by improper use, care and maintenance of the product. The Sora Sofa Limited Warranty does not cover pilling or shrinkage due to excessive or improper machine washing.

Back Pillows: Our cushion and pillow composition features a blend of cosmetic down, and multi density foam for long term durability and use. It is normal for all foam and cosmetic down products including pillows and cushions to soften over time with regular use, but this should not be mistaken for an actual loss of foam resiliency. As a result of regular use, cushions and pillows will conform to the shape of the user. This softening and flattening process is typical for all foam products and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Defects and abnormal loss of resiliency in pillows & cushions determined to not be caused by normal use are covered by this Limited Warranty. 

These Limited Warranties do not cover any damage due to:

  • Lack of appropriate care and maintenance

  • Misuse or improper assembly

  • Use of improper cleaning products, oils or chemicals

  • Mold or mildew

  • Vandalism, pets or rodents

  • Normal compression or flattening of cushions

  • Acts of nature (ice, flooding, wind, etc.)

  • Non-residential uses

  • Exposure to heat or flame

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Excessive weight placed on the product
