Risk-Free Returns

30-Day Home Trial

We believe exceptional comfort should be experienced, not imagined.

That’s why every Sora Sofa is backed by our 30-Day Home Trial. Experience your sofa in your home for 30 days, risk-free. If it’s not the right fit, return it for a full refund, with a flat return shipping fee of $49 for the Sora Sofa, $29 for the Comfort Stack Washable Covers, and $5 for the Sora Sense remote.

To ensure a smooth return experience, we ask that original packaging be retained during your trial period.

The Return Process

Each Sora sofa is precision-packed for efficient delivery and sustainable handling. Sofa modules are shipped separately, with fabric covers packaged in a dedicated box.

For the easiest return experience, we recommend retaining all original packaging while evaluating your purchase

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, the return process is seamless. To initiate a return, email us at support@sorasofa.com. Our team will provide you with return shipping labels, as well as guidance on how to repackage your product.

Refunds

Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 10-12 business days. Please note, it typically takes 5-7 business days for your bank to credit your account. If it takes any longer than that, feel free to let us know and we'd be happy to check in with them on your behalf.

Exchanges

You can make an exchange within 30 days of receiving your items. Simply email us at support@sorasofa.com and we’ll send you shipping labels. As soon as we’ve received your item back at our warehouse, we will issue you a refund. Your new order will be treated as a separate transaction. You can place a new order on our site, or our team is happy to provide assistance with placing a new order.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@sorasofa.com as soon as possible so we can process your refund. In the event your item has already shipped, please message us so we can facilitate your return. 

In Case of Damage or Defect

Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@sorasofa.com. We ask that you please submit photos of the issue (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution. Note that any damages incurred during shipping & handling must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Limited Warranty

We offer an add-on Sora Assurance+ Limited Warranty on our sofas, which is applicable to the original buyer at the original delivery address. Our Limited Warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects in the AirCell™ support system, comfort stack, back pillows, and fabric components for one (1) year from the date of delivery. Sora Sofa’s Limited Warranties do not apply to any conditions resulting from faulty installation, misuse or expected wear. A manufacturing defect is defined, for the purpose of these Limited Warranties, as causing the product to be structurally unsound, faulty, or significantly altering the appearance of the product. In the event that you find yourself experiencing an issue with our guarantee, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
